AI voice agents that call and qualify your leads
Point an AI voice agent at an audience and it places real phone calls. Every call comes back with an interest rating (high, medium, low or none), a qualification score, a summary, the transcript and the recording, so a run of hundreds of calls is triaged by sorting the results instead of listening to them.
How a call run works
- Set up the agentSay what it is calling about and how it should behave. Start from a template (PEO and HR services, commercial insurance, real estate, solar and home improvement) or from a blank agent.
- Choose who it callsA saved audience from search, or leads imported from a connected GoHighLevel or Salesforce account. Only records with a phone number are called, and you set how many.
- Test it on your own phoneIn test mode every call goes to a number you choose, so you hear the agent before a lead does.
- Launch and read the resultsResults arrive as the calls finish, not all at the end.
What comes back from each call
| Result | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Interest rating | High, medium, low or none. Sort by it and work the top of the list first |
| Qualification score and qualified flag | Whether the lead meets the criteria you gave the agent |
| Your own fields | The data points you asked for, such as decision maker, current provider or renewal date |
| Summary | What happened, without listening to the call |
| Transcript | The full conversation, when the summary is not enough |
| Recording | The audio, for review or coaching |
| Duration and outcome | How long it lasted and how it ended: answered, voicemail, no answer or busy |
Safeguards on every live run
Checked before each call is placed. A skipped call is recorded with its reason.
- Local calling hoursCalls are placed only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the lead’s local time. If the lead’s location is unknown, it is not called.
- No repeat dialingA record your workspace has already called is not called again by a new run.
- Valid U.S. numbers onlyNumbers that are not valid U.S. phone numbers are skipped.
These safeguards reduce risk. They are not a substitute for your own review of the rules that apply to your outreach.

Questions about AI voice agents
Do the AI voice agents place real phone calls?
Yes. An agent dials the records in an audience that have a phone number and returns an interest rating, qualification score, summary, transcript and recording for each call.
How do I know which calls went well?
Each result carries an interest rating of high, medium, low or none, plus a qualification score. A large run is triaged by sorting the results. The summary, transcript and recording are there when you want the detail.
Can I call leads that are already in my CRM?
Yes. Leads imported from a connected GoHighLevel or Salesforce account can be called, not only audiences built inside the platform.
Can I test an agent before it calls real leads?
Yes. In test mode every call goes to a phone number you choose.
When are calls placed?
Only between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the lead’s local time. Leads whose location is unknown are not called, and records your workspace already called are not called again.
How are calls billed?
Per minute, in credits, from the same balance used for reveals, email and SMS. The current rate is published on this page.
